Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring a positive experience during their visit.
  • Assist clients in booking appointments, making changes to existing appointments, and handling cancellations, both in person and over the phone.
  • Handle client inquiries, providing information about services.
  • Manage and maintain the waiting area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and inviting.
  • Efficiently manage the appointment schedule using the salon's booking software.
  • Notify clients of any appointment changes or delays and reschedule as necessary.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing client records.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area.


  • Proven experience in a receptionist role in industry like- clinic dermatech, kaya, dermapurity.
  • Must have management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal & management skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Should have knowledge about excel.
  • Age should be between 28-35 years.
  • Salary depending on the experience.
