- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring a positive experience during their visit.
- Assist clients in booking appointments, making changes to existing appointments, and handling cancellations, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle client inquiries, providing information about services.
- Manage and maintain the waiting area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Efficiently manage the appointment schedule using the salon's booking software.
- Notify clients of any appointment changes or delays and reschedule as necessary.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing client records.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area.
- Proven experience in a receptionist role in industry like- clinic dermatech, kaya, dermapurity.
- Must have management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal & management skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Should have knowledge about excel.
- Age should be between 28-35 years.
- Salary depending on the experience.
